Privacy Policy

We collect account metrics you provide directly (name, email, profile preferences), billing metadata required to securely process subscriptions and top-ups, and the text-based transcripts generated during your interview sessions. Regardless of the interview modality chosen (text, voice, or video), our system only logs textual conversation transcripts, evaluation feedback metrics, and aggregated analytics such as total time spent practicing.

Transcripts and performance data generated during your AI interview simulations are used exclusively to (a) generate your personalized feedback report, (b) compute performance analytics in your dashboard, and (c) improve platform safety and abuse-prevention guardrails. We do not capture, record, or store raw audio or video streams from your device. Furthermore, we do not sell simulation data to third parties, nor do we train third-party foundation models on your conversation data.

The Service routes prompts to large language model providers based on your subscription tier. These providers process the prompt strictly in transit to return a response and do not retain content for training under our enterprise data-processing terms.

Account data is retained for the life of your account. Interview transcripts and recordings are retained while your account is active so you can revisit historical feedback. You may delete individual sessions from your dashboard at any time, and deleting your account purges associated simulation content within thirty (30) days, subject to legal retention obligations.

We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest for stored transcripts. Access to production systems is role-restricted, audited, and protected by multi-factor authentication.

We use first-party cookies to maintain your authenticated session and aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics to understand product usage. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data from the Account Settings page, or by writing to support@shivorax.com. Residents of jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, etc.) retain all rights granted under those frameworks.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
