Terms of Service

ShivoraX AI provides AI-driven interview simulations across text, voice, and video modalities. Outputs are generated by automated systems and are intended for educational and rehearsal purposes only. They are not professional career, legal, or psychological advice and do not guarantee any specific employment outcome.

AI panels may simulate critical, challenging, or adversarial interview behavior to mirror real-world hiring conversations. Feedback scoring is heuristic, may vary across runs, and should be interpreted directionally. We make no warranty that any score, recommendation, or transcript is free from error.

You agree not to (a) submit unlawful, harassing, or abusive content; (b) attempt to jailbreak, exfiltrate, or reverse-engineer our models; (c) resell credits or feedback reports; or (d) use the Service to build a competing product. We deploy automated abuse and profanity guardrails; repeated violations may terminate active sessions and forfeit consumed credits.

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

The Service operates on a digital-credit model and subscription tiers. Credits are a limited, non-transferable, non-resellable, revocable license to consume Service features. Credits have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for currency, and may expire as described on the pricing page or top-up flow. Subscriptions renew per the cycle selected at purchase until cancelled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShivoraX AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ShivoraX AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service, including software, prompts, agent personas, branding, and aggregate analytics, is owned by ShivoraX AI. You retain ownership of the content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it to deliver the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security or integrity risk. You may close your account at any time from Account Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ShivoraX AI's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
